  • Assists with scheduling and preparing meeting and conference rooms
  • Coordinates catering for meeting and events.
  • Perform general paperwork related to the distribution of faxes and mail in public offices.
  • Order office supplies and other common items
  • Maintains neat appearance reception area and other common areas.
  • Maintains records and logs of service requests and tracks their status.
  • Monthly space audit
  • Badge management in system
  • Invitation latter preparation according to client’s requirement
  • Name plate/ business card
  • Business car/ hotel reservation and billing management
  • Key management for cabinet/locker
  • Act as facility assistant’s backup.
  • Other admin work
