Track work order status in time and reply to employees on time.
Backup for receptionist.
Manage/Transfer internal incoming calls.
Handling or coordinate all kinds of colleague requests.
Be responsible for workorder management. Assign and coordinate workorder to appropriate department, and responsible for tracking orders.
Provide other ad-hoc administrative and support when assigned.
Required Knowledge and Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Have certain ability on speaking English and written English.
Qualifications and Education:
College degree or above
