-Administration & reception work. 行政和接待工作

-Vendor management including but not limited to, shuttle bus, cleaning, catering, pest control, stationary, consumables, act. 供应商管理,包括但不限于穿梭巴士,清洁,餐饮,害虫防治,固定式,消耗品,行动

-Storage management and conduct regular inventory checking on daily/weekly/monthly basis. 仓储管理,每天/每周/每月定期进行库存检查

-Maximo system operating and ensure accurate system data. Maximo系统运行并确保准确的系统数据

-Prepare periodic operation & training service reports as required根据需要准备定期的操作和培训服务报告

-Record and submit PO, including routine work and project, monthly supply information to finance department for cost payment from vendor. 记录并提交采购订单,包括日常工作和项目,每月供应信息给财务部门,以从供应商处支付费用

-Information collection and transfer regular including: /contact list/Co tracking/other temporary information collection and update. 信息收集和传输常规,包括:/联系人列表/公司跟踪/其他临时信息收集和更新。

-Collect Invoice from vendors, supply payment request for payment从供应商处收集发票,提供付款要求

-Bachelor’s degree or above in hotel management, business administration, marketing, English or equivalent.

-At least 3+ years’ working experience in facility management or hotel management function and in which at least 1+ years in world-known leading professional FM service companies or 5 star hotels.

-Strong interpersonal, self-motivated, communication, and problem-solving skills and high integrity character.

-Excellent in Word, Excel and PowerPoint applications.

-Excellent in Chinese and English language in terms of reading, writing and speaking. Able to work in a non-Chinese language environment and able to complete all related report in English independently.

-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

-Strong independent thinking & working under high press ability.

-Good image and temperament with proper business dress code.

-Strong service sense and good at client/visitor reception and compliant handling.
