Main Duties & Responsibilities
  • Greet visitors warmly and ensure that they are comfortable.
  • Guide visitor to register via Visitor Management System.
  • Guiding visitors to the intended destinations when necessary.
  • Coordinate mails/packages in and out of the office.
  • Perform basic admin duties. 
  • Ensure reception area is tidy.
  • Minimum 1-year experience of working at the Front of House.
  • Experience of working within a demanding fast paced environment involving high levels of customer care.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Professional telephone manners together with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS applications.
