Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Greet visitors warmly and ensure that they are comfortable.
- Guide visitor to register via Visitor Management System.
- Guiding visitors to the intended destinations when necessary.
- Coordinate mails/packages in and out of the office.
- Perform basic admin duties.
- Ensure reception area is tidy.
- Minimum 1-year experience of working at the Front of House.
- Experience of working within a demanding fast paced environment involving high levels of customer care.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Professional telephone manners together with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS applications.
