Job Title: Receptionist – Silverstone Park
Reports to: Estates Facilities Manager
Role Purpose: To be responsible for day to day reception of the site. 

Key Responsibilities

? To develop and maintain the positive image of the property in its location.
? To maintain an awareness of and report to the Line Manager all local issues that may impact on the value of the Site.
? To create and maintain good relationships with Occupiers through provision of a both proactive and responsive service.
? To maintain and develop good relationships with the Occupiers and any other representative bodies associated with the Site.
? To respond to the client requests and needs to promote the site.
? To comply fully with the Health and Safety Policies of CBRE and CBRE Management Services Limited.
? To comply fully with the Environmental Management Policy of CBRE and CBRE Management Services Limited.
? To liaise on a regular basis with Senior Management.
? Maintain an efficient filing system. 
? Answering telephone, ensuring all received calls are announced and messages taken.
? Greeting visitors in a clear and professional manner and ensuring they know where to go in the building once they have entered.
? Ordering taxis and couriers.
? Distributions of incoming post – maintain incoming correspondence and outgoing post document files.
? Booking the meeting rooms prior to meetings and maintaining in a clean and tidy manner.
? To do all photocopying and scanning as required.
? To promote a pleasant working environment and liaise with in-house and contract staff on a daily basis.
? To maintain records of accidents/incidents in the Innovation centre.
? To ensure that the First Aid boxes are adequately stocked
? Opening, dating post.  Franking and posting the daily post.
? Stock monitoring and administration of stationary orders. 
? To receive visitors and offer refreshments. 
? To ensure adequate supplies of tea, coffee, sugar etc. are always available. 
? To assist where required in the smooth and efficient operation of the property.
? To attend and training or development courses as necessary.
? Any other duties as directed by your Line Manager.

Person Specification/Requirements

? Able to build and maintain supplier/ contractor relationships.
? Understand legislation and policies relating to Health, Safety and Environment.
? Understand and apply all procedures relating to work activities. 
? Able to use IT software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and databases.
? Understand and use industry/company specific IT applications.
? Understand and be able to manage company recharging systems.
? Excellent organisational skills.
? Able to work as part of a team, supporting colleagues.
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Working hours will be 08.30 to 17.30, shared with the other Receptionist, equaling 22.5 hrs per week, this is a part time role
