Receptionist (KL)

Duties & Responsibilities

  • First point of contact for clients.
  • Maintain professional front desk and general reception area.
  • Sort mail and invoices daily and distribute to each department.
  • Prepare ready for postage all outgoing mail, interstate and international bags/parcels via internet e-LMS.
  • Maintain contact with representatives from TNT Couriers, Corporate Express, Australia Post, and Recall.  Keep updated information on promotions, products, contact information, etc.
  • Book couriers/collections and deliveries.
  • Daily banking into the general account.
  • Electronic processing of daily non-recoverable invoices.
  • Update and maintain internal RECD database.
  • Book meeting rooms/boardroom and the conference room.
  • Assist contractors liaise with Asset Services regarding key register.
  • Create sales, leasing and property requirement files.
  • Document and Archive records off-site.
  • Mailouts of brochures and letters.
  • Binding of documents/reports.
  •  Assist with the overflow of administration work from the Support Team and Asset Services.
  • Order all office stationery weekly, maintain stationery cupboard.  Including special orders/returns/backorders and stationary needs of all employees.
  • Petty cash reconciliation.


  • Diploma / Business certification in any field/industry; SPM certification is mandatory.
  • A minimum of 1 year experience in reception / customer service would be highly preferred.
  • Fresh graduates with dynamic personality & attitude will be considered.
  • Attentive to reception's phone, welcoming guests & detailed oriented. 
  • Exposure in large organization's reception would be an added advantage.
