Job Summary:

Providing financial models for building recommendations across Client’s Real Estate portfolio together with short term strategy (Transaction/Portfolio Management) on behalf of both CBRE and the Client. To bring challenging ideas and strong business acumen. We are looking for ambitious individuals who like to take on challenges of delivering the best services to our Client (one of the largest pharmaceutical company in the world).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Became a trusted in-house advisor for various external agents and team on Client’s real estate strategy across whole APAC portfolio
  • Drive and manage financial/strategy modelling (NPV, P&L + Cash Flow + BS impacts and comparable scenario models based on IFRS principles) and business analysis
  • Evaluate and analyze a variety of financial results and indicators such as capital expenditures, depreciation, proposals, investment opportunities, rate of return
  • Manage timings on input requirements from stakeholders for Business Cases and Financial Analysis, run follow up work progress sessions
  • Drive financial modelling acumen for TM/Portfolio Strategy activities
  • Create and present financial models/recommendations to Client’s senior management team
  • Investigate synergies, prepare scenario simulations to support key P&L drivers for specific areas
  • Be ready to challenge senior managers and be challenged by them when delivering recommendation
  • Driving innovations/process enhancements
