• Driving the success of the business line through business development.
• Technical leadership, development and new services development.
• Managing a team of professionals.
• Exposure to residential, commercial and industrial properties.
• Local and interstate opportunity.
• Client ownership, development and relationship management.
• Inception to completion engagement, including;
• Feasibility cost modelling,
• Detailed cost planning,
• Value and risk management,
• Procurement and contract,
• Progress Payment & Final Accounts.
• Cost Consulting & bespoke solutions.
• Reinstatement Cost Assessments.

Here are strengths you’ll possess and the background you’ll need to be successful; 

• A background in Quantity Surveying / Cost Management in a similar role.
• Demonstrated experience in leading a team.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications.

• Demonstrates ownership, enthusiasm and are open-minded.
