Job Summary :
To be the “Super User” and administrator of the Project Management platform to create, update, generate and assist in analyzing various reports.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
To undertake training to become a ‘super user’ of the Project Management system, providing training and continuous improvement to teams as needed
To input and update project records into the system
To discuss with project managers their projects and provide automated reports from for their and leadership reporting needs
To ensure Project Managers continue to provide updates to their projects through positive engagement of remote workers
Work with the managers to develop the use of the system to further enhance the delivery of Project operations to the client
To produce and assist in analyzing in the monthly reporting for the Head of Projects
Interpret data and provide recommendations, insights and value addition to Project Management Team
Create ad-hoc reporting and analytics as requested by the Project Managers
Support the development of performance improvement strategies, particularly in respect to service delivery of reporting and data management and storage functions
Regularly evaluate objectives and plans to ensure continuous improvement, and alignment with changing project and client priorities
Develop contacts with developers to ensure system issues are reported and fixed.
To ensure Project Managers provide all documentation required for project operation
Provide insights and value added services that the Client and/or the Project Team may need
Maintain great communication and relationship with the project team to ensure smooth delivery of input and output activities.
Develop the use of SharePoint and other systems applications for internal communications
Working with internal and external project delivery parties, managing input and delivery from all parties;
To liaise with FM BAU teams to ensure seamless delivery to clients;
To undertake appropriate due diligence and alignment with other stakeholders
Contribute to continuous improvement workshops and innovation programs
Ensure systems are seamlessly operating to enable timely updating of data
Other duties may be assigned.
Proficient in use of software especially MS Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project and Visio
Strong communicator with pro-active approach to cross border relationship building
Strong Personality and People skills
Experience with similar project management beneficial e.g. Project Insight, Prolog, Proliance,
Excellent Data Base Management skills
Effective analytical and problem solving skills.
Proactive and logical thinker
College Graduate preferably from IT-related courses
3 years related work experience preferably with Project Systems Admin background
Personable, analytical and willing to continuously learn
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information.
Requires knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages. Conducts basic financial analysis.
Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires intermediate analytical and quantitative skills.
Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite, and Tableau.
Amenable to work on day or mid shift schedule
Willing to be assigned at Buendia, Makati
