We are a growing product management team within CBRE’s digital and technology group.  Our mission is to empower both the enterprise and its constituent lines of business with sales enablement technology. We offer an opportunity for an experienced and creative Product Manager to take a pivotal role in this effort and join our D&T team.

The purpose of this role is to drive an understanding of the possibilities of property technology, the Capital Market’s business line and strategic direction, and lead the analysis and delivery for a technology roadmap and pipeline. You will be responsible for identifying new products and further developing and expanding existing ones relevant to Capital Markets across APAC. You will require the commercial aptitude to prioritise and define the products and services according to the business line’s strategic values and metrics. You must possess the technical expertise, project management experience and a strong knowledge of engineering, agile software development and support processes.

This position is strongly cross-functional in nature, requiring collaborative working relationships with multiple teams, including Data Analytics, User Experience, other Product Managers, Capital Markets, Engineering, and Operations. You will also work with real-estate brokers, customers, and partners to understand the market requirements and to support the business. The successful candidate will leverage their customer focused problem solving skills to build and deliver an ongoing APAC technology roadmap and pipeline.


  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, clearly understand their needs and communicate the team’s roadmap.
  • Own and manage the product backlog and priority of work. Understand and articulate the product strategy and direction.
  • Translate concepts and requirements into an end-to-end user experience and choose the appropriate medium and fidelity for its effective communication.
  • Develop and prioritize a product roadmap.
  • Identify the MVP for products to ensure customer feedback is collected as early as possible and integrated in subsequent versions.
  • Work closely with engineers to execute your roadmap and deliver solutions to the market.
  • Regularly Interview customers and distill actionable insights.


  • 7+ years’ relevant work experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner.  Dealflow experience highly advantageous.
  • Combination of a technical and business background preferred.
  • Proven ability to motivate team members with influence to accomplish goals. Ability to cover gaps that may exist within the team to get the product shipped.
  • Proven ability to create and manage product roadmaps maintaining a ‘customer first’ approach.
  • Experience in Agile and Scrum approaches and well versed in modern SaaS technology stack. UX software such as Sketch, OmniGraffle, Axure, InVision, UXPin, Balsamiq, Frame desirable. Basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills are a plus.
  • Experience with product design and labor analytics. Highly organised with flexibility to work with teams located in other times zones
