Job Title: Pitch & Bid Manager 
Location: London 
Role Purpose: The Pitch & Pursuits Manager is responsible for overseeing the management of the bid/tender pitch process to ensure delivery of submissions, responses and collateral for the business development pipeline. 

Key Responsibilities

? Support the Business Development & Account Management functions through;
o Management of the bid process to ensure timely, accurate delivery of PQQ, RPF, proposal and tender responses  
o Lead and develop creative concepts to deliver proposals to clients  
o Lead a team of 4 including Bid Executives & Research Consultant to develop pitch, tender and marketing material that is current, comprehensive and audience-appropriate
o Manage an average production workload of ~100 pitches per year 
o Engage with the wider teams across the UK network of offices to develop responses 
o Writing and developing key messaging, win themes, copy and content for business development collateral, supporting the prospecting and pursuits of targets
o Interface with the Business Development manager to respond to deadlines
o Ownership and management of centralised content libraries for use in pitch materials
o Developing pitch techniques to ensure teams are prepared, including providing feedback, rehearsals and coaching, 
o Liaise across service lines and regions to ensure a joined-up approach to collaborative submissions 
? Marketing: 
o Coordinate marketing collateral that is appropriate for Property Management and all service offerings
o Work in conjunction with central marketing business partner to develop and refine marketing strategy, providing input where necessary and coordinating 
o Proactively engage with external stakeholders to maximise PR and marketing opportunities 
? Communications:
o Manage internal communications to ensure timely and accurate dissemination of information across our service line, including communications campaigns and initiatives to ensure appropriate exposure of our services 

Person Specification/Requirements 

? Experience working within Real Estate would be an advantage
? Demonstrable experience within a similar role
? Ability to engage with and influence a variety of stakeholders
? Experienced at managing multiple projects, a large workload under tight deadlines 
? Willingness to work flexibly and travel if required 
? Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; both written and oral 
? Educated to degree level or equivalent
? Diligent and pro-active approach
? Ability to prioritise and act on own initiative
? Excellent organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
? A flexible approach to work with a willingness to travel would be essential
