• Play a key role in all property sales & marketing campaigns to ensure they are project managed effectively, including budget management
• Act as the key liaison with suppliers to produce market-leading submissions, property marketing campaigns, and events
• Providing strong operational support to a leading sales team, including sales administration, database management, mailouts, finance, document preparation, diary coordination & travel.      

Here are some of the strengths you'll have to help us deliver 

• Professional, energetic and enthusiastic manner
• Exceptional eye for detail and proven organisational skills in a fast-paced environment
• Solid administration experience in the sales or property industry
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Office. Experience with InDesign is desirable but not essential
