Purpose
Part of the Regional Team, efficient delivery of the maintenance function to deliver on statutory and contract SLA’s.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
1 Ensure the highest standards and CBRE competencies are delivered and demonstrated
2 Deliver Portfolio M&E PPM and minor works
3 Ensure the Client, Customer and Team are ‘kept in the loop’ through feedback and regular updates
4 Contribute to the delivery of a quality service, aiming for 100% satisfaction of the Customer
5 Provide technical support, advice and guidance to the Customer and Team
6 Ensure best value for money to the Client by ensuring accuracy within the Team by checking resource and materials are suitable to effectively deliver the service
7 Report on performance to the Regional Supervisor
8 Ensure safe delivery of all CBRE works, including those of our service partners
9 Ensure accuracy and delivery within SLA of all works
10 Ensure continuity of service by controlling resource and cover
11 Produce and validate quotations for Regional minor works
12 Ensure harmony and integrated work ethics within the Contract Support and Regional Engineer Teams
13 Liaise with CBRE Regional Office Contract Support, Supervisors, Managers, and Sub-Contractors to deliver work to the highest standard within SLA, as required
14 Build and foster relationships with the Client, Customer, other CBRE colleagues
15 Collate and submit audit appeal evidence
16 Ensure timesheets and expenses are correctly submitted on time
17 Take ownership of the site delivering exceptional service to the customer
18 Accurately update and amend the CAFM System, via the PDA device
19 Ensure full transparency of the service to the Customer
20 Be available for duty management of out of hours response
PERSON SPECIFICATION
Education
Good secondary education, with GCSE passes in Maths and English
Training
[Essential]
Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Qualified M&E Engineer, bias in either AC/Elec/Combustion
User level understanding of CAFM systems
User understanding and working knowledge of Web-based database systems (SharePoint)
CBRE Authorised Permit Issuer (Electrical, MWAH, Hot, General etc)
Strong, demonstrable multi-skilled competencies in Electrical, Mechanical, Gas, Refrigeration etc
Experience

2 Years experience in a similar role
Background in mobile engineering/property maintenance
Mechanical or electrical Background
Experience in working hospital environments preferred
Apprentice trained qualifications
