ESSENTIAL DUTIES

Legal counseling & Contract Management

l      Provide legal counseling and support to China PM onsite business operations

n   Onsite contract review;

n   General legal counseling (commercial and labor related);

n   Preliminary litigation/ dispute support;

n   Liaison with external counsel;

n   Collaboration with other PM functions and business;

Risk Management

l  Assist PM leadership and other functions in drafting PM specific policies, guidelines and standard operating procedures. Support in interpretation and implementation of all such policies and guidelines;

Others

l   Other works as properly designated by Senior Legal Counsel China and China PM business head.

REQUIREMENTS

3. Reasonable commercial acumen and business sense, good communication and interpersonal skills in English and Chinese; capability to develop and maintain a relationship with internal clients. The ability to formulate practical legal solutions and to play positive roles as a good business partner;
