  • Contract position to provide support to sales teams as well as general administrative duties

Job Description
  • Management of various numerical and other data
  • Sales support (support with data analysis, market research, etc.)
  • Document making in word and excel
  • Department admin duties (assistance with sales reports, contracts, billing, etc., managing schedules & meetings, other admin duties as required)

Skills & Experience
  • Language skills (Should be capable of dealing with e-mails and phone calls in both Japanese and English)
  • Word, Excel, Power Point knowledge (no need for macros)
  • Bookkeeping or experience in the real estate or hotel industry a bonus

  • Has a strong sense of responsibility
