Exposure in handling customers/Residents complaints.
Location- Lucknow (Gomti Nagar)
· Maintaining the records of Move in and Move out of the residents.
· Resolving queries of residents.
· Maintaining the records of all possession and car parking letters.
· Making MIS Report.
· Making weekly reports of housekeeping.
· Making after before report on daily bases.
· Track the daily complaint and closed on daily basis.
· Give closer report to manager on daily basis to Major.
