We have an opportunity for an experienced General Accountant. The successful candidate will enjoy working within a great team with a defined career development pathway.

I Job Description

+ Check & upload & submit monthly company tax returns (HO and all branches) in Tax online system to ensure accuracy and meet deadline.

+ Check monthly Vietnam revenue and expenses

+ In charge interco transactions and monthly balance reconciliation & confirmation

+ Check monthly AR & AP and quarterly select AR items to inform related accountants to prepare and send balance confirmation, follow up colleagues to ensure we get back the confirmations.

+ Check list of account receivables, work with accountants in charge to remind BL leaders to contact clients

+ Check bank payments including compliance documents

+ Check compliance document for Co-agents document before obtaining seal approval

+ Create Journal Vouchers for some key expense’s allocations, special payments, accrue & revert some special expenses.

+ Support chief accountant to prepare corporate reports (if any) to meet deadline for monthly/quarterly closing finance book and required reports.

+ Handle assigned internal/compliance/FCPA reports.

+ Work with other Corporate Finance members, auditors for annual audits and on-going statutory requirements of companies.

+ Complete other assignments according to company's requirement

II Requirement

+ Education: Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field preferred

+ At least 3-5 years of demonstrated work experiences in General Accountant in multi-national companies

+ Strong command of MS Office software such as Excel, Word and Power point. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, experience with PeopleSoft will be strong advantages.

+ Solid interpersonal, collaboration and communication skills with fluent English proficiency.

+ Self-driven, result-oriented, highly-committed, attention to detail, highly, logical thinking with ability to work under tight timeline, pressure, ambiguity and independently.

+ Fast learner with ability to work and self-adapt well in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities/parties simultaneously.
