Working Location: Client site in Jongro


Key Responsibilities

§ Office facility management – Coffee machine , water dispenser, Air purifier

§ Meeting room management- schedule, AV system

§ Cleaning management - Office Cleaning(carpet) vacuum & daily cleaning

§ Security management - (Access System, CCTV and NVR) Security system for access cards & card issue (Employee, Visitor and Temp) with three entities. Reports(Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly)

§ Vendor management – Staffs(Reception, mailroom, security guard, cleaner), Contract & suppliers(stationery, drinking water, tea & coffee, copy & fax)

§ Critical environment management support- IT TR room and PPM & power down activities engineering support.

§ Daily Site inspection- conduct visual inspection for all site facilities.

§ Coordinate move/add or change desk arrangement of client employee in professional manger

§ General Admin - Asset manage, Payment, Procurement, Parking manage  

§ Waste manage – General waste, Confidential waste disposal manage.

§ EHS manage and AP report.

§ Help Desk – Response employee daily requests.

§ Indoor plants manage.

§ Archiving management – data retention mange.

§ Finance – payment, PO, invoices manage.


Key Requirements

·       2+ years of Facility management working experience in similar roles preferred

·       Microsoft Outlook and advanced level of Excel skillset Preferred

·       Fluent in Korean and English Preferred
