- Participate in and assist the business development, present CBRE transition capabilities and solutions to address clients’ need of change management, and win clients’ trust in choice of CBRE services;
- Stay on top of transition project pipelines and drive the transition resources planning, inclusive of DD/work-stream assignments. If and when applicable for any particular transition project, work with Account Directors and/or Operation Directors to adopt a share resources model, cover operation roles or vice versa, but without compromising the quality of transition deliverable;
- Lead the transition resources to execute all the transition projects in Hong Kong and oversee the transition project risks & controls to ensure the best predictability of transition outcomes;
- Prepare transition plan with execution focus and design milestone picture for change management activities during mobilization;
- Manage ongoing status of all related pending tasks and act as an interface for information consolidation, lead work stream group to well implement pending tasks on time and on quality;
- Drive Due Diligences for both of Soft Service & Hard Service, conduct other GWS resource to execute inspection for facility condition & service delivery quality as per requirement;
- Make a Periodic liaison with Client and internal function team colleague, implement escalation & response time as required;
- Involve and assist future Operation Lead to build good relationship with client;
- Partner with other work-stream leads and enable the best teamwork
- Transition projects complete on time & meet quality standard;
- Solid communication through regular planning report and progress update, effective engagement of business leaders for resolving critical issue;
- Customer satisfaction
- Cover operation roles during the transition period and during the early stage after go-live
Job Requirements
- Well-versed in Word, Excel and PowerPoint applications.
- Good communication in Chinese and English, whether verbally or in writing;
- Tolerance to ambiguities, and adaptability to dynamic business changes;
- Strong influencing, coaching and inspiring skills to lead team to step up and embrace challenges;
- Self-motivated, well-structured communication, good problem-solving skills
- Experiences of managing soft-services and/or hard-service delivery, in particular, inclusive of driving process enhancements that result in meaningful business impact; Sales exposure isn’t mandatory but will be a plus;
- Minimum 3 years of management experience in role of transition and/or Operation with proven successes in FM services outsourcing company.
- Bachelor’s degree or above
