I. Financial responsibility to Property Management Line of business, largest business unit in CBRE by Gross Revenue and Headcount.
II. Key member in China Finance organization, reporting into FD, Operations Greater China and ED, Property Management China.
III. Act as a focal point of the financial platform of Property Management, China.
IV. Effectively manage the supporting team by being proactively involved in financial management, risks control, platform efficiency, compliance, system solutions and other service platform related issues.
V. Carry out any other duties assigned by the FD, Operations Greater China.
I. To Implement and maintain all financial controls and risks management systems within the business, identifying and recommend potential operational efficiencies and improvements.
II. To ensure that appropriate systems and internal controls are implemented and maintained.
III. To act as business partner to support financial planning and appraisal, risk management, business growth initiatives, etc.
IV. To oversee day to day financial and administrative operation of the business and ensure that they are effective and efficient.
V. Directly managing/overseeing the property finance managers in each of the regional hubs and ensuring proper guidance and mentoring is provided.
VI. To assist the FD, Operations Greater China, in leading, galvanizing, motivating and assist the Business Line’s directors, managers and officers to work as a cohesive team to achieve revenue and profit targets.
VII. To assist the FD, Operations Greater China in implementing and executing annual business plans and strategy set for Property Management and track revenues/expenses to ensure that business targets are met.
VIII. To lead your team in servicing the needs of business and the nurturing of inter and intra departmental relationships. You are expected to be continually aware of the needs of business and the Company, ensuring your team is providing effective solutions to the business.
IX. To take principal responsibility for cost (direct) control in the business line. This includes staff performance (revenue & cost ratio).
X. To follow guidelines and carry out instructions from the FD, Operations Greater China, working as part of a cohesive team to execute and implement business strategies and enhance the profitability of the Company by meeting service quality requirements and corporate standards.
XI. To lead by example, not only the efficient performance of duties but also compliance to all Company policies, and instructions and standards of conduct.
Education & Experience
? University degree, Oversees working experience a plus.
? Minimum 10 years of experience in finance area, 3-5 yrs in team leader position.
? Good knowledge of property management and building life cycle
? Hands-on experience of onsite property financial management would be a plus
? Relevant business partnering experience is key.
? Change management experience is a strong plus.
? Strong in business and financial governance.
Certificates & Licenses (if applicable)
? Financial qualification, e.g. CIMA, ACCA, CPA.
Skills & Abilities (e.g. communication & reasoning skills etc.)
? Commercial sense is key.
