The Finance Admin Assistant’s role is to provide comprehensive financial administrative support to the Core Advisory Teams, made up of Workplace, Portfolio Strategy, Talent & Location, Supply Chain and Retail & Consumer Advisory. They will be a single point of contact for Core Advisory Service Lines to set up new clients, project codes, vendors and all invoicing related matters.
The lines of business that the Finance Administrator will be supporting are dynamic and project based. The role will involve supporting on project setup, billing, vendor invoice project coding, and project tracking. The role will involve working directly with fee earners within the business, interacting with other finance support functions and may require direct follow up with our clients. The individual will be a key member of a wider Operational support team for the Core Advisory Business, led by the Core Advisory Business Operations Lead, but will report directly to the Core Advisory Finance Business Partner.
? Raise project code request for new projects
? Invoice generation and issuing of invoices to clients on behalf of the Project Manager
? Manage monthly revenue accruals, maintain the fee tracker
? Coding of Supplier invoices to the relevant project cost centre
? Raise and track Anti-Money Laundering requests
? Produce weekly debt reports
? Maintain accurate client list / GL client list and approval matrices
? Track invoicing pack requests from the Core Advisory teams against the expected pipeline
? Ownership of Project Invoicing Pack submissions on behalf of the project teams, and tracking the submissions against the Expected Pipeline
? Maintain accuracy of opportunity instalments on ‘ClientIQ’ (SalesForce)
? Follow up directly with Clients with regard to chasing outstanding debt as required
? Support the Core Advisory Business Operations Lead and Business Operations Support with process improvement initiatives
? Previous experience in a finance administration role;
? Debt due diligence and invoice management expertise;
? Previous experience using PeopleSoft will be an advantage;
? Strong excel skills will be an advantage;
? Excellent attention to detail;
? Ability to manage several projects simultaneously;
? Excellent organisational skills.
