  •  Prepare the site execution plan and conduct site day to day FM service based on the understanding of SOW and site FM requirement

  •  Make a Periodic liaison with Client and end-user, implement escalation & response time as required

  •  Lead a team by staff communication, supervision, training, appraisal and development.

  •  Lead service satisfaction survey and supervise continue improvement activities in operation

  • Work with EHS manager on complying of EHS, critical systems and statutory and safety, security management

  •  Prepare periodic operation reports as required
  • Lead the team in the development and execution of continuous improvement program
  • Administrate, coordinate and timely update the company business license and related documents

Qualification / Knowledge and Skills Required:
  • Bachelor’s degree or above
  • Business level of English and Japanese
  • More than 3 years of working experience as initiative and proven successful service leader or Admin leader

  • Strong interpersonal, self-motivated, communication, and problem-solving skills and high integrity character

  • Knowledge of contract management. Hands-on experience in vendor management preferred
