DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee the delivery and performance of facilities services, including Hard Services across the portfolio in all aspects of service delivery and oversee vendor performance
Ensure consistency of the best practices across client’s expectation with EHS Implementation
Chair Monthly progress review and user requirement alignment meetings with plant and end users
Conduct service performance, customer satisfaction and KPI review with plant management with continuous improvement
Act as primary contact for service requests, taking a receiving facility requests, and resolving issues with exceptional services in mind
Coordinate FM services and special events working with the client, third party vendors, and the public
Assist with implementation, update/tracking, and quality control of best practice systems
Assist with critical issues and participate in engaging key team members in response to emergency situations
Develop people management and cultivate positive relationships with internal/external customers and facilities staff
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in FM Management in a sizable facility/establishment and minimum of 3 years managerial experience
Bachelor Degree above, 985/211 is preferred.
Strong leadership with pro-activeness and customer-oriented mentality
Prior people management experience, especially across a dispersed portfolio.
Client relationship management skills required.
