DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  
  • Oversee the delivery and performance of facilities services, including Hard Services across the portfolio in all aspects of service delivery and oversee vendor performance

  • Ensure consistency of the best practices across client’s expectation with EHS Implementation

  • Chair Monthly progress review and user requirement alignment meetings with plant and end users

  • Conduct service performance, customer satisfaction and KPI review with plant management with continuous improvement

  • Act as primary contact for service requests, taking a receiving facility requests, and resolving issues with exceptional services in mind

  • Coordinate FM services and special events working with the client, third party vendors, and the public

  • Assist with implementation, update/tracking, and quality control of best practice systems

  • Assist with critical issues and participate in engaging key team members in response to emergency situations

  • Develop people management and cultivate positive relationships with internal/external customers and facilities staff 

                      

Requirements

  
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in FM Management in a sizable facility/establishment and minimum of 3 years managerial experience

  • Bachelor Degree above, 985/211 is preferred.

  • Strong leadership with pro-activeness and customer-oriented mentality

  • Prior people management experience, especially across a dispersed portfolio.

  • Client relationship management skills required.
