1.Helpdesk Management
Monitor helpdesk (ContactOne/ ServiceNow) tickets - daily basis
Respond, assign, update and resolve open tickets
Open tickets on behalf of the customer – as required
 
2.Facilities Management (FM)
First point of contact in attending a service call by customers with regards to repairs/ maintenance/ replacement of

ii.Workplace Related Services
a.Contracts
Monitor contracts terms to ensure renewal before expiry
b.Vendor Management
Supervise and coordinate with vendor on the scheduled preventive maintenance for office equipment and services
Engage with appropriate external parties (building management, cleaners, maintenance, etc.) to maintain the delivery standard and driving rectification of issues
Ensure and maintain adequate supplies of building facilities such as fluorescent tube, etc.
Coordinate clearance by Building Management for access of vendor to office premises and use of cargo lift, loading and unloading bay.
c.Asset List
Maintain a list of furniture asset and conduct review on an annual basis
d.Lockers/ Cabinets
Manage allocation of lockers for new hires/ transfers
Ensure lockers are cleared on the employees last day of work
Maintain the database of lockers/team cabinets
e.Sustainability (Internal Environment Management)
Collate sustainability data (including energy, water, waste, paper, technical gases) by liaising with landlord and vendor.
 
3.Meeting & Event Services
Support staff with onsite AV and VC/TP requests
Provide troubleshoot technical support for meetings in the internal meeting rooms
Assist in the set-up of rooms during Townhall, Training, Lunch & Learn etc.
As requested support events including, hosting, ordering catering, on and offsite events
 
4.Office Supplies & Stationery (including First-aid Boxes)
Perform inventory checks and order office supplies
Coordinate the ordering of Bilingual Business cards and company stamps
Co-ordinate external printing of documents – as required
Ordering of other miscellaneous stationery items as per customer request
Ensure First Aid Boxes are adequately stocked and items within expiry date
 
5.Business Document Scanning
Identify and Triage incoming hard copy documents
Prepare and scan document
Post scanning document handling (destruction or archive)
 
6.Other services 
Respond to incoming emails to the CRES mailbox – daily
Reception coverage (during lunch, leave) and provide adequate handover
Collect mail from building assigned mailbox – daily
Deliver incoming mail to team trays – daily
Act as a Fire Warden to assist office during evacuations and to collate headcount at the assembly area
