ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
•Responds to client inquires and concerns. Ensures timely and quality service delivery to clients.
•Creates work orders and assigns work orders to multiple technicians, subcontractors and vendors. Communicates work orders to technicians and assists management in resolving problems.
•Handles vendors’ management, timely review vendors’ performance, trains vendors on work order and billing procedures. Processes invoices and ensures proper cost center coding.
•Carries out routine inspection to managed facilities to the seniors for periodic review, to reinforce the compliance of statutory requirement, occupational health and safety, sustainability, and workplace experience standard, and submit recommendations of improvement work proposals.
•Undertake consolidation of the routine reported figures and compiling variance analysis reports, ensuring timely delivery to management for reporting.
•Prepare general circulars, notices, letters, minutes and other documentations for better communication with stakeholders.
•Handle and attend emergency incidents.
•Assist with process and procedure training.
•Carry out additional tasks assigned by the supervisors.
•Diploma or above in Facilities Management/Property Management/Housing Studies/Management related discipline
•At least 3 years’ relevant experience in Property Management/Facilities Management
•Computer literacy is a definite pre-requisite.
•Able to work independently
•Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
•Fairly good command of spoken English and Cantonese. Command of Putonghua would be a definite advantage.
