Here’s a snapshot of your day;

  • Establish policies and procedures, WHS and compliance programs
  • Maintain the operational management of the centre
  • Ongoing maintenance management in addition to budgeting, forecasting and planning
  • Manage tenant/client relationships and work closely within an onsite team

Here are strengths you’ll possess and the background you’ll need to be successful; 

  • Previous Facilities/Operation Manager Experience within a retail environment
  • Strong organisational and computer skills with the ability to prioritise
  • Proven communicator and problem solver with the capacity to work under pressure
  • Emergency response training
  • An open driver’s licence and Real Estate Licence are required for this role.
