9:30am to 6.00pm, Monday - Friday

  • Act as the first point of contact and provide superior customer service to our valued client.
  • Coordinate service and facilities professionals in response to customer requests.
  • Timely management and processing of customer requests, queries and billing information.
  • Account administration and supporting the Facilities Management Team as well as client.
  • Build positive relationships with all key stakeholders.

Here are some of the strengths you'll have to help us deliver;

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and a professional phone manner.
  • Call and query handling and call resolution skills with a “can do” attitude.
  • Strong administration, organisational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and call centre technology.  Experience using Yardi an advantage.
  • Background in Commercial Property either via study or previous experience.
