9:30am to 6.00pm, Monday - Friday

Act as the first point of contact and provide superior customer service to our valued client.
Coordinate service and facilities professionals in response to customer requests.
Timely management and processing of customer requests, queries and billing information.
Account administration and supporting the Facilities Management Team as well as client.
Build positive relationships with all key stakeholders.

Here are some of the strengths you'll have to help us deliver;

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and a professional phone manner.
Call and query handling and call resolution skills with a “can do” attitude.
Strong administration, organisational and time management skills.
Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and call centre technology. Experience using Yardi an advantage.
Background in Commercial Property either via study or previous experience.
