Job Requirements

  1. Reception  - guest greeting and general line operations; reception area appearance maintenance. Professional grooming.
  2. Meeting room and event management, resource coordination and arrangements
  3. Procurement - Vendor liaison, PO and invoice processing and tracking
  4. Stakeholder communications
  5. Vendor escorting as required
  6. Office inspection
  7. Driver schedule management
  8. Access control system operation and management
  9. Service helpdesk operations
  10. Support other facilities management tasks as assigned by Facilities Manager/Assistant Facilities Manager
Requirements

  1. Excellent customer services and interpersonal skills
  2. Min. 2 years of experience in customer service industry
  3. Computer literacy – outlook, excel, word, ppt
  4. Fast learning
  5. Team player
  6. Willing to work overtime when required
  7. University graduate/Higher diploma graduate
  8. Language proficiency – fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  9. Professional image
