Job Requirements
- Reception - guest greeting and general line operations; reception area appearance maintenance. Professional grooming.
- Meeting room and event management, resource coordination and arrangements
- Procurement - Vendor liaison, PO and invoice processing and tracking
- Stakeholder communications
- Vendor escorting as required
- Office inspection
- Driver schedule management
- Access control system operation and management
- Service helpdesk operations
- Support other facilities management tasks as assigned by Facilities Manager/Assistant Facilities Manager
Requirements
- Excellent customer services and interpersonal skills
- Min. 2 years of experience in customer service industry
- Computer literacy – outlook, excel, word, ppt
- Fast learning
- Team player
- Willing to work overtime when required
- University graduate/Higher diploma graduate
- Language proficiency – fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Professional image
