CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. We are recruiting a Facilities Coordinator to join the team located in Harpenden. The successful candidate will be responsible for all FM and Fabric services relating to accounts Harpenden office and will act as the single point of contact for those building users.

Role Summary: 
Provide a positive, professional and seamless link between the various supply partners 
Be at the forefront of customer relationships in the site/s 
Ownership and proactive management of the conference rooms, cleaners and associated services 
Responsible for FM standards and delivery through KPIs/SLAs 
Responsible for adherence to CBRE QHSE processes and procedures 
Responsible for adherence to CBRE processes and procedures 
Understand local accounts Business Continuity Plan and provide support where required 
Maintain regular contact with client and building occupants by developing business relationships
Monitor customer perception and satisfaction through CSAT; continually review and improve customer service 
Undertake coordination of ad hoc project work and events
Effective use of accounts and CBRE IT systems as required
Aid the implementation of effective communication processes across the FM team
Other duties that may be required and which are considered by the line manager to be consistent with the level and the general responsibilities of post and visitor/contractor management 
Maintain good working knowledge of contract scope 
Carry out minor fabric works including, but not limited to repairs to floors, walls, carpet replacement 
Undertake minor projects works in support of the Project Team including ensure all areas are left in a clean and tidy condition during work and that customer care and minimal disruption to clients
Ensure all works are carried out safely and in accordance with Health and Safety at Work Regulations including monthly first aid box check, floor walks and reporting of QHSE incidents 
Ensure all handyman, porterage and meeting room related work orders are completed within agreed timescales and carry out PPM maintenance works including but not limited to temperate checks, arrange eWaste collection 
Monitor Helpdesk and reporting systems to ensure SR/ PPM compliance to KPIs 

Experience Required:
Customer focused with relevant experience in a similar facilities role or customer service environment 
Demonstrate experience in dealing with customer service and exhibit key skills within this area • Sound problemsolving ability 
Good H&S knowledge 
Strong team player with a passion for customer service 
PC literate i.e. Microsoft systems with excellent communication and influencing skills
Diplomatic, tactful and approachable 
Business minded, change orientated and proactive 
Willingness to learn new systems and procedures • Selfmotivated, resourceful and resilient 
An integrator and team player who can inspire others to work together 
Previous Fabric, Handyman, Carpentry experience
