Job Detail

Responsibilities:

·       Carry out a regular inspection of the assigned area

·       Checking building facilities to ensure they are in good condition

·       Assisting in escorting vendor/contractors to the assigned area for approved works

·       Reporting faults/irregularities to superior

Qualifications: 

·       At least 1 year of relevant experience preferable

·       Able to work independently

·       Strong interpersonal and communication skill
