JOB SUMMARY

The purpose of this position is to provide a wide range of business operations administrative and general support duties.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage the operation, inventory, distribution of office supplies.
  • Business cards ordering and distribution.
  • Employee badge printing, programming and distribution.
  • Manage the operation of mail and package services, including receiving and sending. 
  • Managing lost and found operation. 
  • Parking recommendations and supporting internal parking request. 
  • Responsible for the vendor management such as cleaning, pest control, etc.
