Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • In-charge for soft-services: cleaners, transportation, pest control, catering, etc.

  • Create work orders in Maximo and assign to technicians, subcontractors or vendors.

  • Ensure work orders issued are updated in the system promptly.

  • Maintain and file accurately all completed paperwork submitted by technicians or  vendors.

  • Process purchase orders and invoices and ensure proper cost centre coding.

  • Train vendors on work order and billing procedures.

  • Log service request calls by client.

  • Maintain and actively work on the account filing system, keeping it up to date and accurate.

  • Raise purchase orders as required and ensure that financial processes are adhered to at all times.

  • Perform data entries and generate necessary reports.

  • Assist on audit requirements

  • Any other tasks, when required by Facilities Manager

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience 

  • Excellent PC and MS office skills essential.

  • Good communication skills at all levels

  • Assist with audit requirements.

  • Creative thinker and able to develop new ideas and solutions to problems.
