CBRE Technical Team Supervisor CBRE DCS GWS Services 

The Role of the FM Technical Services supervisor:

Meeting and exceeding agreed SLA & KPI agreements and measuring them to ensure compliance and performance
Business continuity, customer satisfaction and communication
Provide support, training and mentoring for the onsite technicians
Ensuring compliance with CBRE Processes and Procedures
Improve the maintenance and operations techniques to reduce invasive operations and maintenance
Schedule, Plan, control, monitor and review operations and maintenance on site & CMMS System
Maintain a list of works planned or taking place in relation to the Technical Operations
Review plant and system performance, highlighting solutions in unsatisfactory areas
Provide holiday training & sickness cover of staff to ensure correct labour levels are maintained & 
Setting SMART Yearly goals for midyear reviews - end year reviews – according to CBRE practices
Assist Operations Manager in competence assessments of CBRE staff and collation of client monthly/quarterly report information
Manage the site CMMS system (Maximo) to ensure assets are maintained, reactive/statutory/insurance works are recorded & completed to met client SLA’s & KPI’s
Provide Technical reports as required to client
Provide emergency response support for all Ireland cover
Provide Technical Services support to Operations Manager
Ensure effective Technical handover, commissioning, integration of from projects team and FM Projects
Support a common account wide approach to Maintenance and operation
Support all Technical Activities to meet CBRE and client QHSE Safety requirements
Support ongoing benchmarking of equipment & performance/status
Support Asset Management Plan (1yr/5yr/10yr) Monitor dilapidation and update plan
Support Clients Change control process covering business critical areas is in place and met demands

FM Technical Services Team Supervisor:

Electrical & Mechanical Experience in hard services fault finding essential - Trade needed Advantage – HVAC experience essential 
Strong experience in a supervisory role managing people & FM commercial systems
The ability to demonstrate logical process with sound judgment and good analytical qualities
Good people skills - tact, diplomacy, patience and leader qualities essential
The ability to work under pressure, self assured, calm and methodical when dealing with operational challenges
Experience of CMMS systems and reporting, 
BMS systems fault finding & diagnostic essential 
In-depth knowledge of a permit to work systems and QHSE Requirements
Computer system literate (BMS, PMS, MAXIMO, Word, Excel)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Facilities Management Certificate or presently studying future Facilities Management 
Leadership & management evidence from previous role
