We are currently looking for a highly motivated, energetic, and results oriented person for the position of Reports Analyst

Job Summary:

The Reporting Analyst will be responsible for the development and maintenance of reporting and Analytics for Portfolio Services. The person employed in this position will participate in building report and developing reporting competences for the Client’s portfolio as well as supporting operational teams with reporting enhancements and automations. The Business Analyst will also assist the Technology Team in solving user requests efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain real estate portfolio reporting in Excel, Tableau and Harbor Flex 
  • Reconcile changes to the portfolio if needed
  • Assure data integrity and effective validation of all reports produced, prior to circulating to the required recipients
  • Propose initiatives for reporting automation, enhancements and improved data visualization
  • Provide analytics insights and develop analytics projects
  • Prepare reports, analysis and presentations for internal and external purposes
  • Effectively deal with ad-hoc tasks and reports
  • Assist the Technology Team in solving user queries effectively
Essential :

  • Proficient knowledge of Excel
  • Working knowledge of VBA

  • Real estate and lease database knowledge

  • Degree in business or computer related course
  • 1 – 2 years of experience using Excel with extensive knowledge of pivot tables, formulas, charting, VBA, and working with databases.
  • Experience with various BPO/KPO data sources (Quality, Work Force Management, etc.) is a plus
