  • Manage the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards
  • Inspect buildings’ structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations
  • Review utilities consumption and strive to minimize costs
  • Supervise all staff facilities staff (custodians, technicians, groundskeepers etc.) and external contractors
  • Control activities like parking space allocation, waste disposal, building security etc.
  • Allocate office space according to needs
  • Keep financial and non-financial records
  • Perform analysis and forecasting
  • Oversee, establish, implement and monitor building maintenance programs and services
  • Develop facility support operating budget and ensure compliance with established budget
  • Oversee, plan, develop, monitor and maintain building security systems & programs
  • General maintenance and facility upkeep
  • Assist in the development & maintenance of the EH&S systems, programs & preventative maintenance
  • Oversee contracted services related to facility support
  • Coordinate construction/renovation/fit out activities as required
  • Monitor building maintenance activities provided by client as required
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures including safety regulations, Personal Protective Equipment requirements, and Standard Operating Procedures
  • Manage relationship with client to ensure general services are delivered for recycling, waste management, approval for construction, etc.
  • Coordinate internal day-to-day requests (lighting, broken items, etc.)
  • Continual monitoring of employee and client areas as directed to ensure standards of presentation are maintained at all times
  • Provide assistance for moves and changes as appropriate
  • Coordinate with the office management teams
  • Respond appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise
  • Candidate must be willing to work in Mckinley Taguig
  • Must be available to join CBRE early June 2019
  • Must have at least 2 years of experience in Facilities Management with hands on experience in Soft and Hard Services
  • ME's and EE's with at least 2-3 Years of work experience in Facilities Management in a leadership role
  • Must have relevant experience managing overall facility service: - Reception and Guest Management, Housekeeping, Food Concessionaire, Security, Vendor Management
  • Facility Maintenance
