Duties of the role will cover but not limited to Locker & storage policy, Security & access control policies, Housekeeping policies, Emergency policies, Vending & vendor management processes (Monitoring all consumables levels at pantry, restrooms, meeting rooms, conference rooms, training rooms and coaching areas), Supervising all facilities supply and logistics systems for housekeeping, maintenance and security, Other key processes (i.e. photocopying, pest control, retrofits and constructions, project management, housekeeping, security)

Ideally you must be a Degree Holder (any course)
Has at least 1 year of experience handling Property/Building/Facility Administration
Familiar with the following:
Soft Services- coordination with the Housekeeping, Building Security, Mail Management, Vendor Management, Procurement or Supplies in the office (office consumables, pantry & toiletries) Managing Internal Relationships, Project Management
Hard Services- Routinary inspection of the property/building/facility to check general cleanliness, washing facilities, mechanical, fire and electrical facilities, coordination with the Facility Maintenance team preventive and corrective maintenance of Facility Equipment
