Here is a snapshot of your day:
  • Manage ER cases and processes. 
  • Assists in investigations process and makes recommendations to resolve issues
  • Develops and implements employee relations policies, programs and activities
  • Consults with managers on complex employee relations matters 
  • Support BPs on redundancies and projects 
  • Prepares and manages regulatory compliance reports, partnering with legal and compliance department as required
  • Prepares and analyses a variety of reports, such as turnover.
Here are the strengths you’ll possess and the background you’ll need to be successful:
  • Relevant qualifications in either Law, HR or IR and experience within the Employment Relations industry. 
  • Experience in award interpretation, preferably 24/7
  • Experience in ER Case Management for shift based workers, ideally 24/7
  • Experience developing policy and processes relating to these awards and workforces would be ideal
