1. Human resources and training:

    • Plan personnel, interview suitable personnel, receive and train new employees, arrange and transfer personnel (including Accountant of PM at Head Office / onsite);
    • Consult / Direct to solve problems related to accounting and tax at the project.
    • Plan and develop strategies of Accounting management, onsite Accounting, complete and promptly respond to the development of the project.
    • Evaluate fairly, objectively, based on the actual capacity and results of the work of the Accountants of Property Management Department within the scope of charge.

2. Implementing and controlling the quality of accounting work:

    • Organize accounting work, supervise, inspect and ensure the quality of accounting work, onsite accounting in accordance with the Company's policy and agreements in Management Contract, Contract with Supplier, ensure on time, in accordance with regulations and scope of functions and duties.
    • Control the use of cash funds, cash receipts at the project, approve advances in accordance with regulations, closely monitor them to recover full refunds.
    • Check and approve documents / payment requests / payment orders with related partners.

3. Interaction with partners performing items related to finance and accounting:

    • Participate in the meeting / negotiate terms of cooperation related to finance and accounting, taxes with partners, suppliers, developers ... or issues related to operation (when necessary).
    • Participate in reviewing contracts, inspect and control the performance of economic contracts to protect the Company's interests.
    • Give advice to BOD on terms of accounting, tax, payment, operating funds, liabilities in the signing of contracts, liquidation of the managing activities and contracts with the suppliers for the Project.
    • Coordinate in providing information for the project of making budget 2 years onwards.
    • Monitor, make statistics and deploy the collection debts according to the agreed schedule in the related Contract.

4. Statistics, reports, reviews:

    • Control the internal financial statements of each Project & consolidated reports, tax reports sent to the outside on time and accurately.
    • Evaluate budget execution at onsite, consult to make project’s budget.

5. Perform other duties as assigned.
