Here’s a snapshot of your day:

  • Assisting the NZ FM Team with timely account coordination and administration.
  • Assisting the Site FM for day-to-day operational and maintenance tasks.
  • Assisting the Site FM for management of work orders on time and within budget.
  • Assisting the Site FM with contractor management.
  • Managing client meeting room bookings, meeting room set-ups and meeting room issues.
  • Ad hoc requests as they arise.


Here are the strengths you’ll possess and the background you’ll need to be successful:

  • Excellent customer service to communicate at all levels and build effective professional relationships. 
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Demonstrates organizational abilities by effectively handling multiple tasks. 
  • Meeting deadlines and setting priorities.
  • Good working knowledge of workplace Health & Safety requirements applicable to this role.
