Summary

  • Key roles and responsibilities of the Customer Services Ambassador are to assist Customer Services Manager to provide daily concierge services in a Office Building located at Causeway Bay.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage the facilities at customer services counter and handle the enquiries from customers/tenants.
  • Greet guests at the lift lobby with a friendly and pleasant demeanors.
  • Assist Property Manager/Customer Services Manager to carry out daily operations of the property to tenants and event organizers.
  • Answer service-desk hotline and assist in handling service enquiries link up with Management Office telephone line.
  • Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by supervisors;
Requirements:

  • DSE or above
  • 1 - 2 years relevant working experience in Customer Services (Property Management, Hospitality, Aviation or related industry)
  • Pleasant personality and good customer service skills
  • Good command in spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Working Hours: Mon to Fri 09:00 - 18:00 & Sat 09:00 - 13:00 (5.5 days per week)
  • Holder of Security Personal Permit is highly preferred
