Here’s a snapshot of your day;
Assist with preparing and securing sales mandates, preparation of detailed marketing material for sales campaigns.
Use your financial skills to analyse raw data and conduct financial modelling and analysis (DCF/valuations) and analyse economic and financial trends.
Perform a broad range of project related tasks such as corporate planning, investment advisory, due diligence research, development and market consultancy.
Co-ordinate departmental marketing program including quarterly reviews, deal analysis, annual corporate marketing piece etc.
Here are strengths you’ll possess and the background you’ll need to be successful;
Degree qualified in Property Economics or a similarly related course.
2-4 years experience in a property related field such as Consulting, Valuations or Finance.
WA Sales Licence (or able to obtain one quickly).
A strong knowledge of the commercial property market.
Intermediate to Advanced MS Office skills, particularly in Excel.
