Role Purpose
Reporting to the Client Care Director, the Client Care Analyst will join the newly established Client Care Group (“CCG”) at a pivotal time to assist with the roll out and successful implementation of this key initiative. At CBRE Global Investors, we believe the best performance comes from putting our clients first. The CCG centralises investor communications under one ‘front line’ department; acting as a centre of excellence and first port of call for investors. Each team will be dedicated to a group of funds/mandates working alongside the finance and portfolio teams in executing strategy, delivering on promises to investors, and supporting fund growth.
The Analyst will coordinate deliverables for investors, collaborating with internal teams on all fund or mandate related communications. As part of the CCG, they will assist in the coordination and distribution of formal communications, standard reporting, quarterly webcasts and annual investor meetings. A key focus of the role will be maintaining and updating marketing materials, document management, logging and tracking of data, and monitoring day-to-day activity of the fund. Additionally, the Analyst will coordinate investor meetings, respond to queries and assist with bespoke reporting needs. In support of capital raise efforts, the Analyst will work closely with the CCG to provide Investor Services and other stakeholders with marketing materials, RFPs, due diligence & roadshows, and assist with client onboarding. The Analyst will be a supporting team member for all business lines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the wider CCG platform with day-to-day business activities and investor queries
  • Assist with the production of investor welcome packs and distribution of formal communications
  • Coordinate quarterly webcasts, annual meetings and advisory boards
  • Update marketing decks, executive summaries, talking points and other materials as required
  • Maintain datarooms, access rights, monitoring activity and producing reports
  • Organise and maintain marketing and meeting trackers
  • Coordinate responses to investor queries and bespoke reporting requests
  • Support the production of all product-related communications working closely with marketing, RFP, and fund teams (i.e. marketing materials, RFPs, standard & bespoke reporting, presentations, and ad hoc communications)
  • Coordinate and contribute to marketing activity: presentations, due diligence days, roadshows, and investor meetings
  • Support CCG with client onboarding
  • Document and data management, with a focus on data integrity
  • Salesforce: update client data, dashboards, content, tracking, closings & pipeline, and contact information
  • Internal CCG reporting and updates
Special Projects:
  • Support CCG Director and internal teams (i.e. Business Development, Investment Structuring) on high-impact, complex initiatives, including: funds in launch period, active marketing campaigns, asset syndications, restructuring, or investor initiatives
  • Collaborate with wider CCG in the roll out of new initiatives; ensure strong messaging, consistency and best practice
Person Specification
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills - ability to coordinate tasks efficiently

Skills Required:
  • Good IT skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience of Salesforce, Access & SharePoint would be advantageous, but not essential
  • Undergraduate degree in real estate, business, finance, law, economics, or communications preferred
  • Effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing
  • Understanding of basic accounting principles
  • Experience using a CRM system is an asset
  • Ideally 1+/- years working in professional services, real estate or finance would be highly advantageous
  • Experience working within a Client Service/Administrative/Reporting function in a professional services firm would be advantageous
