About the Program
Our CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) Graduate Training Program is open to all 2019/2020 graduating students and aims to prepare successful leaders for a career in real estate. Candidates will participate in a structured -month program, exposing you to both business-as-usual activities and standalone projects. You will enhance your skillsets, be challenged with rigorous work, grow your network and drive meaningful change in our business.

Graduate Trainee Program Period: January 2021 to December 2022
In this Graduate Trainee Program, you will go through a comprehensive orientation, work with leading-edge technology and rotate through diverse and challenging business teams. You will also receive intensive coaching and on-going feedback from appointed members, peers, managers and internal business partners. This will give you many opportunities to develop valuable networks as well as exposure to senior staff members.

Facilities Management (FM) creates ideal office environments for our clients and their employees worldwide. We provide a full range of services and safety processes to help drive efficiencies and reduce operating expenses.
Data Center Solutions (DCS) delivers fully converged real estate, facilities and technology solutions for data center owners, occupiers and investors across the globe. As a dedicated business line within CBRE, DCS is committed to solving complex challenges within every stage of the data center lifecycle.
People Team delivers service across all functional areas of Human Resources, including Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Diversity, People Systems & Analytics, and People Operations.
We are identifying future leaders with leadership talents and emerging Professional who has the Aptitude, Agility & Aspiration, who are good communicators with the ability to exhibit strategic thinking and enthusiasm in solving challenges.
