To support this objective, CBRE's Global Security & Crisis Management team provides guidance and expertise to ensure CBRE's resilience when faced with such events.


Based in Hong Kong, a rare opportunity exists for a Business Continuity Coordinator to provide administrative support to the Business Continuity Management program across the APAC region. The successful candidate will coordinate and be responsible for identifying and evaluating strategies for addressing incident response, crisis management, and business continuity.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintain department document including standards, templates, communications, tools, and program reference documentation.
  • Prepare metrics and status updates on availability, readiness, and preparedness for business continuity management programs.
  • Coordinate the maintenance, review and testing of Business Continuity Management Plans.
  • Manage workgroup mailboxes.
  • Schedule and administer business continuity plan exercises and audits.
  • Act as a point of contact for departments or business lines, supporting their compliance to Business Continuity requirements in polices and standards.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • 1-2years’ experience in a busy admin role.
  • Business continuity certification and/or experience preferred, but not essential.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in an agile environment.
  • Highly organized, with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
  • Ability to effectively present information to an internal department and/or large group of employees.
  • Salesforce administration experience beneficial.
