Purpose of the role:

Technical management of site systems including maintenance, repairs and inspections of assigned areas. Delivery of maintenance projects for new and modified facilities. Analysis of operations data to identify, develop and implement continuous improvement resulting in increased quality and lower operating costs. Champion SHES on site projects including LPS.

What to expects on the role:

Responsible in the development, implementation and administration of all operation and maintenance activities including building maintenance works.
Development, implementation and monitoring of operations procedures for maintenance and repair. Work with the team in maintaining all equipment and facilities.
Development and implementation of technical solutions to operational problems.
Development of project scope, cost estimates, schedule, and implementation of maintenance projects to improve facility systems including all SHE requirements and customer interfaces. 
Initiate, direct and monitor the performance of sub-contractors.
Perform all duties in safe manner and in accordance with established procedures.
Comply with all legal requirements, company policies and procedures and adhere to company standards.
Responsible in ensure OIMS executed as per planned and all activities are comply with the OIMS guidelines.
Assists owners of site OIMS as required.
Maintains site database of OIMS requirements; apprises leadership team of requirement status.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Project value engineering.
Cost savings/value add initiatives.
Accuracy of databases
Site OIMS tasks scheduled and completed

To be eligible for the role:

Bachelor degree in engineering, facility management. 
Minimum 3 years working experienced in related field
Analytical and problem solving skills.
Working knowledge of facility management technical disciplines, codes etc
Knowledge of facility related regulatory requirements.
Decision making and business judgement
Instruction and interpersonal skills
Communication skills
Adaptability to changing priorities and time constraints
