Job Title: Bid Coordinator 

Location: London, St Martins Court 
? Manage and deliver compliant, professionally produced proposals within client defined timeframes (taking ownership of the end-to-end bid process).  
? Preparing first drafts of pitches including coordinating and collating proposal input from a variety of stakeholders (surveying team, finance, HR, legal etc.)
? Reviewing and revising copy as appropriate, providing advice on flow, language and grammar to content owners
? Delivering completed written proposal responses to the pitch lead against agreed deadlines, escalating issues and challenges as required
? Championing document management and version control including consolidating sections and/or documents developed by other team members and reformatting as required
? Maintain the Pitch Library to ensure all documentation is stored in order that colleagues have access to the most up-to-date accurate information regarding project
? Controlling and interpreting information flow between team members and external suppliers (central pitch team, design team, printers)
? Capture bid feedback and lessons learned
? Assist in wider BD Team activities as and when required

? Excellent communication and presentation skills both  oral and written 
? Positive approach to working under pressure 
? Ability to maintain artistic creativity in a deadline driven environment

? High degree of initiative with a ‘can-do’ attitude
? Organised, proactive and flexible
? Excellent Microsoft Office skills - particularly in PowerPoint
? Ability to build, maintain and enhance relationships both internally, with other disciplines/ service lines within CBRE, and externally
? Prior experience working within Professional Services would be advantageous
