Role Purpose

Delivery of Client reporting on behalf of our clients through the co-ordination of dedicated accounting teams working closely with their wider Asset Services colleagues


Key Responsibilities

Client Management

  • Responsibility for accounting service delivery to client - build up a solid understanding of the client base
  • Strategic planning and delivery of team working alongside the supporting teams (including Surveying and Management Services)
  • Ownership of reporting KPIs and SLAs in line with client account plans.
  • Stakeholder Manager Internal and External, specifically client directors and property managers.
  • Attend Client Pitches and presentations
Operational

  • Adherence to necessary compliance, controls and procedures in line with professional and organisational standards (for example ISAE3402 control standard)
  • Contribute to the pricing and pitching of new client opportunities
  • Overall responsibility for resource planning within your team
  • Driver of team succession planning.
  • Development of an employee-oriented culture that emphasises quality/standards, continuous improvement, key employee retention and development, motivation and overall, high performance
  • Setting performance management standards (induction, appraisals, setting objectives, training) and managing under performance appropriately
  • Focus on talent management and organic growth (career management, coaching, regular one to ones, personal development plans)
  • Develop the provision of enhanced financial reporting for our existing clients and offer to new clients
  • Driver of process development and driver of change and efficiencies

Person Specifications / Requirements

  • Track record of managing complex Client contracts
  • Ability to engage and motivate operational teams
  • ACCA/CIMA preferred given financial delivery however not required
  • Ability to interpret financial data and Real Estate transactions
  • Experience in a professional financial services environment
