The Associate Director is client facing and transaction based, predominantly encompassing the sourcing and acquisition of real estate on behalf of corporate clients within the EMEA region, based out of London.
We are seeking a highly motivated and organised individual with self-initiative. The successful candidate will be commercially minded with an ability to work effectively as part of a team and alongside large corporate clients focused on closing high profile real estate transactions.
Good communication and relationship building skills are essential as the role is likely to involve close liaison with the CBRE office network around the world with some opportunities to travel. The role is particularly suited to an individual who is looking to utilise and grow their transactional experience through working with a range of blue-chip corporate organisations across multiple geographies. This role requires someone who understands and appreciates the importance of using discretion with important company information.
This role works as part of a small close-knit team based in London. Though small, globally it is the largest team in its field based in one location and further benefits from the wider CBRE global network.
Real Estate based degree with some industry experience
Previous office or industrial agency experience would be desirable
