CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. We are recruiting an Assistant Services Manager to join the team located in Dublin. The successful candidate will be responsible for working within the CBRE company guidelines to provide clients, customers and guests with exceptional customer experience through a one team approach.

Role Summary:

Comply with all in Country Health and Safety legislation, ensuring that all activities undertaken comply with relevant statutory and industry related requirements where applicable
Abide by all CBRE & Client Health & Safety Policy and Procedures to ensure a healthy and safe working environment for staff, contractors, customers and clients
Implement all health and safety processes including but not limited to, Logbooks, SSOW and toolbox talks
The control of all operational documentation process to ensure compliance with Health and Safety, statutory, regulatory and accreditation requirements held on site and ensuring duplicate documentation is also held as required for audit purposes
Implement all health and safety processes including but not limited to, Logbooks, SSOW and toolbox talks
Conduct and manage incident reports, proactive site audits and inspections, report ensuring remediate actions and closure within specified time frame
Log in hazards ensuring all QHSE actions are remediated and closed within specified timeframe
Complete monthly site audits and support Building Evacuation Team and First Aid services and supplies
Log all facilities issues related and ensure remedial actions are completed proactively
Accountable for all facilities issues related to the site and ensure remedial actions are completed proactively
Deploy, implement, apply continued use of standard operating procedures that ensure consistency of quality service delivery throughout the contract
Ensure adherence to signage branding and consistency
Drive high performance within contractual SLA’s & KPI’s and evaluate team effectiveness
Provide management guidance, understand team development and strength areas and ensure opportunities for growth and succession planning
Ensure that efficient team scheduling, holiday planning, absence and lateness monitoring is in place liaising closely with Operations and the support teams - Recruitment and retention of appropriate staff as required
Engage with Country People team and follow People Processes, provide management guidance to team and seek training where required
Consolidate the monthly performance information from direct reports, where applicable
Ensure H&S procedures are followed including supplier H&S inductions, RAMS review and approval, 
Ensure that all contracts are effectively managed and controlled to achieve Service Level Agreements and customer delight
Oversee operational budget and accruals within contract guidelines and financial procedures ensuring spend compliance
Manage all costs to ensure budget is respected and address any related queries, including invoicing/ PO’s that might arise
Ensure team process accurate Purchase Orders and invoices efficiently with Finance and Support team
Undertake all other duties & tasks as reasonably requested by your line manager

Experience Required:

Ideally educated to Degree level or equivalent
Member of BIFM or another FM professional body and IOSH qualification in health & safety qualification
Fluency in written and spoken English language with high level of IT literacy
Advanced People Management skills with proven ability to develop teams
A strong understanding of good health & safety practices and promotes a strong Health & Safety culture
Excellent understanding of FM, M&E services and Projects in occupied environments
Experience of managing contracts, operating to processes and procedures, with supervision of contractors
