• Perform threat and risk assessment for guarding operations. Formulate the safety and security plan for special events

• Deploy systems, devices and equipment for guarding operations, manage the installation of physical security of a premises according to design

• Train security personnel to perform their services. Manage security personnel for guarding and security control operations, manage the performance of outsourced security services

• Manage emergency preparedness and response. Investigate and report incidents, manage post-incident reviews and follow-up actions

• Establish protocols with sites and guard posts monitored by the security control

• Manage record-keeping of security services

• Manage relationship with the media, client, customer and government agencies

REQUIREMENTS:

• Holder of valid Security Personnel Permit (Cat. A & B) and QAS certificate

• Form 6 graduates / QF Level 4 or above.

• Minimum 6 years’ experience in security which including 3 years of experience at supervisor level in security of sizeable organizations

• Fluent in both spoken and written English and Cantonese

• Proficient in MS-Work, Excel, Power Point and Outlook

• Good knowledge of local criminal law, crime prevention, risk assessment, security operations and security systems

• Mature, customer-oriented, independent and with excellent interpersonal skill

• Able to work on irregular hours and when necessary
• Immediate available is highly preferred
• Candidate with less experience may considered as Senior Security Supervisor or Security Supervisor
